This is one of the healthiest and most delicious breakfasts, because it contains vitamins and minerals that improves the appearance of skin, hair, normalize the metabolism and strengthens the body.
The daily breakfast will help eliminate impurities from the body and cleanse the bowel.
Breakfast is prepared in the evening for the next day.
To prepare this breakfast will be necessary:
- 300 ml of kefir (or low-fat yogurt)
- 2 tablespoons oats
- 1 teaspoon of ground flaxseed
- 1 teaspoon of cocoa powder
- 5-7 fleshy prunes
Drizzle with a little boiling water (100 ml) dried plums. Cover and leave for 5-10 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a bowl put the oats, crushed flaxseed and cocoa. Pour kefir and all stir well.
Swollen plum finely chop (you can in a blender to a state of “puree” or the super chips, or manually) and add to the previous mixture.
